As we prepare for a new era of Bairnsdale Basketball in 2024, the association is hoping to expand our ranks of junior coaches!
Just as the competition cannot go ahead without referees, so too is the number of kids that get to play dependent on the number of parents, players and supporters willing to coach a team.
If you’ve been thinking about getting involved in the comp, this is the perfect opportunity.
In 2024 we’ll be boosting our support and training for new coaches, and finding new ways to create peer-to-peer learning opportunities between our novice coaches and our more experienced coaches.
