All coaches of teams in graded competitions (girls under 13s and under 17s, mixed under 10s, and boys under 12s and under 14s) are invited to a grading meeting to discuss changes to teams for the Winter season.
The grading meetings will be held at the BARC on the morning of Saturday, April 13.
- girls under 13s meeting will be 9 – 9:30am
- girls under 17s meeting will be 9:30 – 10am
- mixed Under 10s meeting will be 9 – 10am
- boys Under 12s meeting will be 10 – 11am
- boys Under 14s meeting will be 11am – 12pm
If you are a coach in these comps but can’t make it to the meeting, please email vicepresident@bairnsdalebasketball.com.au with any thoughts or suggestions about player movement in your age division.
At this meeting coaches will decide on moving a handful of players between the teams from Term 1 to help make sure the Winter season is as even as possible.
Parents and players are reminded that players should expect to move teams from time to time, and that this is a normal and healthy part of our competition.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, players who were asked to move teams in Term 1 will not be asked to move teams again in the Winter season.
